Cessna had his appointment with Neurology today and the discovered he has a condition called Subarachnoid Diverticulum… fluid dilations of the subarachnoid space that can cause a compressive myelopathy. In other words, he has excess fluid pressing on his spinal cord that needs to be removed. This may or may not be his only issue as it is congenital and with that comes other abnormalities.
Cessna had surgery to correct his abnormality. Unfortunately he is still somewhat incontinent. He has found his forever home.
His surgery was $4000.
