This guy came to our partner vet clinic by a client that is an amazing animal advocate. She has worked hard to help the community cats in her area and takes care of them medically and physically on her own with her own money. Max was a cat that had been in the community for the past few years and then he was missing for a few weeks. Once he was back in the mix at meal time, she noticed he had a horrible wound on his face. He was social enough for her to handle and so she brought him in. It was soon found out that he needed to be brought inside for treatment and to make sure he wasn’t injured further.
Unfortunately she did not have any place to put him inside so we offered to take him in. We placed him in a foster home and thought he would eventually be returned outside. However he has taken to this thing we call indoor life He likes warm bedding and full bellies and not having to fight intruders. His face has healed completely and he is ready to find a forever family.
Max is a sweet and shy cat. He is about 5 years old. Max loves being an indoor cat. He is timid around other animals and doesn’t like loud noises. He loves his fancy feast and snuggling when no other pets are around. Max would do best in a quiet home. He such such a lovable cat and wants to stay as an indoor cat.
